The first few pics of the wonderfully bonkers Portmeirion! I absolutely loved it
.it’s so mental that some fruit just decided to ‘create’ this - it’s totally artificial but doesn’t feel tacky of fake in the slightest - really an architectural work of genius

What’s even more amazing is there are whole structures & interiors that are genuinely historic & have been moved in their entirety and rebuilt so that they’re totally out of time & place but amidst all the madness seem perfectly right 👌

This place has been on my list for ages & it did not disappoint

I’m not too hot with photography so I imagine there’ll be some much better shots to come from Mr J’s fancy camera 👌

A thoroughly magnificent walk today from Castle Criccieth along the coast path, by the estuary, across marshland & farmland, then glorious riverside woodland

…featuring a field full of cows who didn’t want to moooo-ve & a tiny escapee dog who really didn’t want to be put back over his gate, the 3rd time he got the message that he couldn’t come with us!

We’re knackered now, I feel a pre 9pm bedtime coming on….

…I know that people are busy, I know I’m too sensitive, I know I should just let it slide or not read so much into it…

BUT I’m a sensitive soul! Please be kind to small businesses - we are lovely 😊

Anyway, I’m off on my holidays so you’ll have to wait even longer now (that’s a slap in a velvet glove isn’t it?? 😉)

Fellow indies - what d’ya reckon, is this a rant or the least we should expect? 🤔 (Might delete later when my rage typing fingers has cooled its jets 😆)

…I’m really interested to understand shopping behaviour & see if there’s a reason you’d keep going back to Etsy rather than head over to my direct website 🤔

I’ll be honest, my direct website is really quiet whilst my Etsy shop continues to generate most of my sales & remarkably - I’m NOT freaking out about it at all 😉

I knew it would take time - after all my Etsy shop has more than 5 years worth of history, over 6k sales & nearly 2k five star reviews 😮

BUT any feedback or tips on influencing shopping behaviour would be really useful & appreciated 👍
