4th June 2018. Learners to be allowed on the Motorway:
- with fully qualified Instructors ONLY
- in a dual controlled car
- instructor to decide whether pupil is ready
Learner drivers on motorways from 4 June 2018 - GOV.UK Learner drivers can take motorway driving lessons with an approved driving instructor from 4 June 2018.
