What are you most excited about regarding working at Loncom Consulting?

"I’m really happy to be in such a supportive environment where you can feel the company's energy and growth. Being part of that journey is a huge motivator for me to give my best and grow along with the team."

What do you look forward to most in your role as a CRM Developer at Loncom Consulting?

"I’m looking forward to tackling new challenges and eventually becoming someone the team can truly lean on. My passion is taking complex logic and turning it into something organised and simple that I think will really help a business move forward."

What’s one thing about your job that would surprise most people?

"Most people think a CRM is just an organised address book, but it’s actually a lot of behind-the-scenes planning. It takes quite a bit of logic and structure to make all those pieces fit together so a business can actually scale."
