Afternoon everyone, just letting you know due to the increased gym rent that we have to pay I have had adjusted my prices to £40 per session this will be relative to the other personal trainers at the gym.
The new price format will start from 1st September i understand any inconvenience this may have caused and I do hope to still work with you going forward.

Hi all with the run up to Xmas and a few people asking me for these already I am now selling gift vouchers for personal training so if you know of a friend or family member and unsure what to get them maybe these will be nice as stocking fillers.

From 25 September 2024 , I am implementing a 24-hour cancellation policy for pre booked personal training sessions unless there are exceptional circumstances or reason for cancelling.

More progression photos from my lovely clients just goes to show that work ethic makes a big difference to training get that intensity right and that's when the magic happens ✨️
