🌟 Words have power.

They can comfort us when we're struggling, remind us of our strength and help us feel less alone.

The reflections shared in this post come from LGBTQIA+ young people who took part in a co-production workshop. Their honesty and insight have helped create messages that we hope will encourage others to hold on to hope and embrace who they are.

Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences and helped make this possible. 💜🌈

Both count. Both matter.

And we’re so proud of you!!!

The latest NHS data, analysed by YoungMinds, show a system under unprecedented strain – and reveal the cost of intervening too late.

Across our Be U services at ABL Health, our teams see the human reality behind these statistics every day. We know that early intervention is a lifeline. Giving young people early, trusted and local access to emotional and mental health support and strategies is key to breaking this cycle and preventing distress from becoming entrenched.
