A trauma informed music studio in Nottingham that offers free music mentorship and proactive therapy
After a meeting with the Notts police youth outreach team we had a chance to collaborate with Nottingham College and help them write and record their anti knife crime track with some of their students! We had a great time and helped contribute to their Boys’ impact project!

The journey of Only Notts
I’ve been best mates with some of these boys since nursery! It’s been a mad journey but everything finally seems to be aligned. I never thought I’d be able to work alongside them, but now we’re all doing it through music and helping others!
Some insight into my drive for my CIC. It really feels like I’ve found my path!

We’re growing the Only Notts CIC volunteer team!
Only Notts CIC is a trauma-informed music studio in Nottingham, built to support young people in care through free music mentoring, creativity, trusted relationships and, when needed, a step-up pathway into private therapy.
We’re now looking for volunteers who want to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.
We’re recruiting for:
Music Facilitators
For people with a passion for music, production, songwriting, recording, mentoring or working with young people.
Community Impact Coordinator
For someone who can help us build partnerships, support referrals, fundraising, impact reporting and community outreach.
As a CIC, we are not profit-driven. Anything we make goes back into improving the service and creating better support for young people.
We would rather make a deep, meaningful impact on 30 young people than support 100 and not know them properly.
Quality of care comes first.
If you care about music, young people, mental health, creativity, community, or building something that can genuinely help Nottingham, message us for more details.
