We did something a little different for our day date & went for a morning session at the new Loughborough & it was absolutely worth it!

All about boosting circulation, muscle recovery, debloatung, sculpting and having some time out - it’s the UK’s first infrared lymphatic roller studio. The hosts were so welcoming, the roller machines were so easy to use and you have a privacy curtain if you want it.

Top Tips:

- The Loughborough Lymph has lots of parking nearby & on site 🙌
- Plus size & newbie friendly, not just the hosts but there’s things like seat pads to kneel on & they can help you adjust your moves for comfort.
- Hydration, hydration, hydration
- tight fitting clothes, no one cares how you’re dressed it’s just so it’s comfy with the machine
- not just for fitness people! Fellow mums, I felt like it was a real mental time out session & was just what I needed right now 🤍
- You have to take your shoes off (socks on) I feel like I always need to be prepared for this 😂

I can’t wait to go back (even without .co.uk ) I had a greats nights sleep and did feel like my body had a bit of a workout the next morning 🙌

Ad - 4 and a half stone gone with .juniper 🤍

For years, I genuinely believed I just couldn’t stick to anything. I’ve tried keto, liquid diets, CBT, countless fresh starts...
