It’s been so long since I have posted on here. I have now been working as a mental health practitioner for 4 years and loving every minute of it. I continue to support our young people and advocate for mental health. I have learnt so much that will benefit First Aid for Feelings.

Happy Easter evryone!
Ok so it's the 3rd day of talking about worries, so what if that worry is real, is there something you can do about it? If there is you can practice problem solving skills with your young person. Below is a template to do this, it's important for YP to learn how to be independent when problem solving. If an idea doesn't work, what else could they try?
