Description

English language skills are a prerequisite for participation in the seminar. For more complex content, there is language support from the seminar instructor, who speaks fluent German.

During the advanced OSINT course, participants will acquire additional skills needed to conduct intensive investigations on the Internet. After completing this course, you will be able to conduct comprehensive investigations on the Internet and the Dark Web. They will be able to interpret, verbalise and report the information they find.

At the end of this training you will have an insight into the possibilities of deeper research on the Internet and the Dark Web. They will have learnt to use advanced search techniques and geo-location investigations effectively and will have made progress in social media investigations. You will be able to set up virtual investigation environments.

For this course, it is highly recommended that participants have successfully completed the OSINT basic course, as specific computer skills are required. For those who already have experience of open source investigation, we recommend this advanced course.

It is important that participants bring their own laptop. A basic knowledge of English is a prerequisite. Linguistic support will be provided by the trainer for more complex content.
