Small Change No. 8: Food Prep.

Wait, do not fear, it's not as bad as it's perceived. I'm not talking all meals, just lunches, and not all of them at that. Remember, this is about small sustainable changes so even if you start with two lunches a week and can maintain it then you're heading in the right direction.

It's also not as hard work as it sounds. Have a go at cooking all your protein portions for the week in one batch then, with each evening meal cook some extra veg to have for lunch the following day.
