Strong is a powerlifting, weightlifting and fitness facility located in Lenton, Nottingham. Nottingham Powerlifting Gym located on Meadow Lane.
Last competition of the year for us here at Nottingham Strong running from the 5th - 7th December.
This one’s the first National Showdown, and we can’t wait to see you all on the platform!
Members please be aware this is a three day competition, which means the powerlifting and weightlifting sections will close at 6pm on THURSDAY 4th December, for set up.
We’ll be keeping the rest of the gym open until 10pm as usual both Thursday 4th and Friday 5th & 8am-6pm over the weekend.
