🏆 We’re proud to announce that Linear Developments (Nottingham) Ltd has been shortlisted for an industry award.

As part of this recognition, we’re delighted to highlight our work on South Forest School, where our team was appointed to deliver the façade package. The project involved the installation of the CUPACLAD® natural slate cladding system across three elevations of each of the six single-storey school buildings — a total of 1,000m² expertly installed.

This was our first installation of the CUPACLAD® system, and we were impressed by its quality and performance. With each elevation featuring either a raked edge or an opening, our team meticulously trimmed every perimeter slate to ensure a precise fit. The result is a high-quality façade that complements the surrounding residential environment, combining brick, render, timber, and slate to deliver a contemporary architectural finish.

Following the successful completion of Coalville Forest School, Linear Developments has been appointed to install the same CUPACLAD® system at Thoresby Vale Primary School in Mansfield — another Harworth Group plc project currently under construction, following a similar architectural design.
