5+ years ago the rental market was overhauled for safety. They made changes to make landlords have Electrical Safety Inspection Reports (EICR) carried out to make sure that there rental properties are safety for tenants.
5 years on and we are re testing properties again along with finding issues with new Properties.
A few pictures from this weeks work from the team replacing consumer units no longer compliant with current regulations.
