Sad Announcement… We’re sorry to tell you that we’ve had to make the hard decision to close our store on Pelham street. The last 7 years have been a real rollercoaster ride, navigating through lockdowns and the rising costs in all aspects of running a business.

Through this we’ve always remained authentic in what we do, making everything in house, including everything right down to our sauces and seasonings, assuring that our dishes are a healthy alternative to other takeaways that use catering products typically bought from the food service wholesalers. Unfortunately, the cost of this authenticity has now become too high to make the business viable. Compromising on this quality would take away from what we set out to achieve and although we still strongly believe there is a demand for what we offer, the location at Pelham street isn’t quite right for what we do.

We’ve loved being part of the Hockley collective and are profoundly grateful for the support and loyalty that our customers have shown us, particularly at this site. This might not be the very end of the Clean Cut journey, as we’ve recently been involved in some successful sporting events and this might be something we look to focus more on. However, for now it’s time to take break and reassess our next steps.

We haven’t set a date just yet for our final day, but we’ll update you as soon as we know. There might be some days we close in between as we’re running with a small team at the moment.
