What a Saturday morning 🥵💪
We have 3 incredible new members all aged 13-14 and they worked like legends!
We brought back the girls of Roxanne and Sally (thanks for the feedback 😉) and just went hell for leather for the whole 45 minutes!
Well done team 🔥 best way to start the weekend 💥

Team smashed it par usual and put in so much effort even with my phone not working with the music 🤦♀️😂

What a session! 🔥
Team absolutely smashed tonight and those punches are getting so much better every week. To top it off…..we ended the class with pulses so those glutes and hamstrings will be saying hello tomorrow 😂💪
