It was brilliant to see Jillian Moore take to the stage for the “Building unbreakable teams that perform and adapt” panel at UK Partner Week at the end of last week. As expected, it sparked exactly the kind of discussion the industry needs right now 💭

As AI continues to raise expectations, organisations are navigating a more complex balance – supporting performance while giving people the autonomy, growth and confidence they’re looking for.

It was great to be part of the conversation, and even better to hear so many honest, practical perspectives on what it really takes to build teams that can adapt and thrive in today’s environment!

We loved being part of Bilborough College’s , delivering two Careers Insights sessions and an Employability Workshop to Year 12 students - opening the conversation about what a career in IT really looks like, and focusing on building confidence by sharing practical career insights.

For us, that means going beyond the classroom view and getting real: systems going down, services being disrupted, and the people like us who step in to keep everything moving when the pressure is on!

We shone a light on the many routes into the industry, open to those with a variety of interests and skills. Hearing directly from one of our apprentices sparked some brilliant questions and conversations.

All the students said they were as interested or more interested in apprenticeships after the session 👏Job well done!

We also brought our Women in Tech content into the workshop – sharing real voices from across Littlefish Group, including our CEO, Ursula Morgenstern. It clearly resonated and helped open up new perspectives on careers in IT.

Big thanks to Bilborough College for having us and for supporting our Apprentice Programme. Additional huge well done to our brilliant HR team, especially Sarah Warren for her engaging employability workshop, and our talented apprentice, Sophie Lawman for sharing her time and story 🧡
