This weekend has been Born2Tri- Multi-sport and Triathlon Club for Mid EssexGosfield triathlon.
Annie Hardy did the sprint distance in 2:04:00
Nicholas Dash did the olympic distance in 2:55:22
Great weekends racing as Tri-Harman with some of the club members.
Plus the founder members of the Gosfield triathlon Mark Harman and Teresa Harman

Great weekend at Outlaw Triathlon holkham.
Saturday was sprint gravel race for Annie Hardy which by the pictures you can see she enjoyed it!
Sunday was the and half for myself.
TeamDash had a brilliant weekend, seeing lots of friends either supporting or racing.
Volunteers and Outlaw crew (family) make the event happen, thank you to them.
