🌟 NIFTY FIFTIES 🌟
Nifty Fifties is a private group that use our centre on a Tuesday from 9am-1pm to promote health, wellness and social interaction for the over 50's age group.
Activities include:
Swimming
AquaFit
Zumba Gold
Fitness Suite sessions
Table tennis,
Badminton
and much more!
With refreshments and on sale alongside the admission fee, there is something for everyone to come and enjoy on a Tuesday!
