This event is one of my favourite monthly events!

Come join us for an hour of awareness and movement dropping fully in our body, into our practice.
After we stretch + twist out any tension in the body, release any stress from the mind we rest into a gentle shavasana.
Physical body drops into stillness, gentle massages + releases to help you relax then we wake to our food and drinks.

We reconnect with ourselves first, then connect to others, come with friends or come alone and make new friends here.

Arrive 5:45pm and order at the bar
Upstairs and settled on your mats for 6pm Yoga
Wake up from shavasana 7pm And nourish our bodies with tasty Tapas.

Limited spaces so booking is essential.
