Beginnings

Read by Rose came about five years ago when the world of work and motherhood seemed entirely incompatible and I had been looking and for a ‘real’ job that would work for me and my motherhood for a long time. An old friend suggesting freelancing, specifically freelance editing. I didn’t think much of it but then an old PhD contact asked me to read his paper, as an English native speaker. It seemed like fate, I joined the SfEP, undertook some qualifications and have been editing and proofreading every since. I love working with words and I love helping people!
