In almost all cases there are simple (often free) fixes that will make an enormous difference. It’s all about getting the computer to do what you want it to do, and not what it thinks it should doing...

Just completed a little job for a lovely couple in Diggle. At first, they they were frustrated about getting photos from their phone to the Computer. After 45 minutes, not only were the photos all sorted, but they were happily using the photos to create Powerpoint slide shows. Just a little help goes a long way. 😀
