There is no judgement, no shame, and no expectation to carry the weight on your own. Whether you need to talk, sit in silence, or simply know that someone cares, there are people here for you.

Please remember that Andy’s Man Club meets every Monday at 7:00pm at Oldham Event Centre. Walking through the door could be the bravest thing you ever do, and you will be met with understanding, not judgement.

To every lad reading this: your life matters. You are loved, you are valued, and this world is better with you in it.

Please check in on your mates. Send that message. Make that phone call. Knock on that door. A simple conversation could make all the difference.
