Did you know that condensation inside your phone is one of the main signs that your device has liquid on the inside?

Here’s what to do and what not to do when it comes to your water damaged device.

DO
Power your device off right away.
Take out any sim trays & SD card trays.
Use a hairdryer and blow warm air through any ports, c continuously moving the warm air around the phone.
Leave your phone near a radiator or in an airing cupboard for at least 24 hours (the longer the better).
Bring your device into our store for one of our technicians to take a look.

DON’T
Keep using your phone.
Plug anything or charge your phone in any way.
Put your phone in rice (this is a myth and can cause more harm than good).
