As of the week of 16/10/23 we will be introducing a 50% reimbursement scheme to help with the climbing/bouldering session costs. This will only be available to those who have purchased the £40 standard membership. To make full use of this, be sure to collect your receipts from our weekly climbing sessions. You will only be able to claim the reimbursement on sessions you have attended with us. At the end of the month you will be able to issue an expense claim through the QMSU page (instructions on how to do this will follow on our WhatsApp group chat) and you will receive a reimbursement within 2 weeks of issuing the claim.
