It's 2020 and everyone and their Granny's dug claims to be a personal trainer or fitness professional of some kind - you can't even have a relaxed scroll through Facebook while on the pan without some tanned, androgynous, shades-wearing gentleman who may or may not be made out of Play-Doh popping up with a sponsored post promising the next new system to "get shredded in 3 days."
As a result of this, there are mountains of misinformation and questionable advice littering the internet and muddying the waters, these ranging from the borderline ineffective to the downright dangerous.
We hope to bring some clarity to proceedings and share only science-backed, research-proven training and nutritional advice, with an additional focus on covering vital contemporary topics such as chronic illness management, mental health management, and the latest biohacking tips and tricks.
