Mindspace Firewalk – October 2026 🔥

On 24th October, Mindspace staff are taking on an incredible challenge.
Twelve team members from across our organisation – including project leaders, counsellors, recovery facilitators, peer support workers and board members – will be baring their soles and walking across hot coals.

This powerful act of courage and resilience is all to raise vital funds, helping us continue to provide free mental health support to people across Perth and Kinross who need it most.

This morning Jillian and Sam attended the Perth Academy YPI final!

Ruby, Hanina and Amelia delivered a fantastic presentation on Mindspace—who we are, what we do, and why it matters to our community.

It was inspiring to see how the YPI journey has supported their personal development, and a great opportunity to learn more about the incredible charities across Perth and Kinross.

Impressions of Counselling 🗣️

This is the final set of service insights from the feedback we’ve recorded, and we’re delighted to see that counselling has been a positive experience, and that it’s led to real improvements for so many people who have used our service.

Although most of our counselling waiting lists are currently closed to non–fast‑track clients, free counselling is still available for individuals in Dunkeld.
