Update 12.45pm:

Friarton Road in Perth is closed at Cromlix Road and Shore Road following a fire at a business unit reported to police around 10.50am on Friday, 23 January, 2026.

Riverview Business Park is also closed and warehouses near Friarton House have been evacuated as a precaution.

The public are advised to avoid the area.

The Queen's Bridge will re-open to traffic this morning.
