EXTRA BLOCK!
**Mum's Bring Baby Postnatal Yoga class **
For 8 weeks postpartum (12 weeks post c-section), to pre-crawling babies.
This block of classes will be held on Tuesday mornings at Perth Yoga Studio at 12:15am and will last approximately 40 minutes.
*Classes are block booking only, with 6 spaces available*
The next block will begin on Tuesday the 29th of September and run for 4 weeks.
Classes are held in Studio 1 which is upstairs. So it might be useful to bring baby in a car seat or sling. You will need a mat or blanket for baby to lie on, and perhaps some of your baby's favourite toys. Baby's needs come first so of course if you need to stop to feed or change or cuddle baby (especially that last one 😍) then that's absolutely fine.
