Fast and prompt same day turnaround for a client yesterday in Scone, Perthshire.

Called out to investigate a faulty dishwasher, so stripped it down to find various internal leaks and a failed heater pump. All in, and given the age of the appliance we recommended replacing it and to avoid throwing money at an old appliance.

Customer agreed, and so we supplied and fitted a brand new Beko for them same day. Complete with the manufacturers warranty.

Also discovered a seized inlet valve for the feed hose, so with a bit of plumbing dismantling and reassembling we were able to get the new machine up and running for them with zero hassle and without the need for a plumber.

This is why CKM SAS are simply the best, if the customer had chosen to go with a BIG supplier for the new machine and paid for their installation - the BIG outlets definitely would not tackle such issues.
