Once Upon A Cake

Did a high tea / indoor picnic at work, gave our event the name of Tea in Bloom and made the following items for it. Mini sausage rolls, chicken & mayo sandwiches, cheese & ham sandwiches, samosa, spring rolls, mini chicken pies, cheese & bacon pinwheels, savoury muffins, red velvet cupcakes, Hertzog cookies, coconut jam squares, lamingtons, cake pops, mini scones with James and cream and lastly lemon drizzle squares. It was a crazy busy week with prep work but all went off really well and as usual I made way too much food.

After living in Scotland for just over 4 years now, I decided to make my very first novelty cake for a special friend I have made here. Might just start playing around and making more cakes......
