Unfortunately we had a very nasty incident this morning where a “gentlemen” expressed the view that LGBT+ people “should be shot”.

Let us be very clear if that is an opinion you share you are NOT and will never be welcome in our shop.

We stand in uncompromising solidarity with our LGBT+ friends and always will.

Over the past few months, I have received so many kind messages, cards and words of support from residents and members of the community following the death of our beautiful baby boy, Gwilym Ioan Rees-Webb.

I want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been in touch with Brooke and me. Your kindness, compassion and support during the most difficult time of our lives has meant more to us than we can ever properly put into words.

In memory of Gwilym, Brooke and I, alongside his Aunty Tori and Uncle Donte, will be walking up Yr Wyddfa overnight on Saturday 9 May to raise money for two incredible charities, 2wish and Sands, who have supported us and continue to support families through the unimaginable loss of a baby or child. We are also continuing to fight for answers and to help ensure other families do not have to go through the same heartbreak.

2wish and Sands provide vital support to families through their grief, stand alongside parents in their darkest moments, and work to improve care and support for babies, mothers and families.

If you are able to donate or share our fundraising page, it would mean a great deal to us and will help support other families facing the most difficult moments imaginable.
