Lark has been adopted! He is the first out of the 5 we rescued back in January to find a loving forever home :) Hopefully more homes will come for them all soon! Robin should also be getting adopted soon too ❤️

Newest rescue: Meet Puffin the 2 year old leopard gecko. Puffin has a vitamin A deficiency and is extremely underweight. We have began their rehabilitation journey here which consists of daily syringe feeding until they can eat on their own, cleaning the eyes multiple times a day and medicating (and giving lots of love) ❤️

We are in desperate need of medical supplies such as gloves, syringes, saline, along with husbandry supplies like new heat bulbs and UV bulbs. We would be so grateful to receive donations to help us purchase these or have them bought for the rescues here ❤️

We have officially rescued 300 animals since opening!

300 animals who were shown love and compassion when they needed it most. 300 animals who were shown respect and given autonomy. Scaley, furry, prickly, slimy, and feathered babies of all ages, life stages, and disabilities.

We prioritise neglect and abandonment cases- helping hundreds recover from severe neglect. We have made so many tough decisions over the years, but always in the best interest of the animals life and their welfare.

The emotional tole of running the rescue, seeing all the neglect and having to see so many pass over the rainbow bridge is enormous- but we would always rather know that they felt safe and loved whilst here and wherever they go after us.

Along with the emotional tolls, the financial costs of running the rescue have been incredibly draining- causing us to have to unfortunately scale back our intakes dramatically. Having to turn away the animals that need us the most has been heartbreaking, but we are so grateful to the rescues we partner with that step in when we cant! Notions

This has been our hardest year so far, with the rise in the cost of living massively impacting us.
In the 5 years of running we have spent close to £25,000 on veterinary costs alone and our electricity bills are extortionate! We want nothing more than to keep our doors open and continue rescuing the animals that need us the most.
