We’ve now booked our evening events until Christmas and here’s what’s in store:

First up next Monday (13th November ) at 7pm is the brilliant for an evening mediation to take us into these darker months.

Saturday 18th November we have in studio for a day workshop filled with treats

Thursday 23rd it’s our first full Yin Workshop with 6-8pm if yofancy a deep opening and pressure point work

Thursday 30th is back for her sublime sound journey meditation.

And last but not least is for a new moon cacao ceremony and gong bath on Tuesday 12th December 7-9pm

It’s like a pick n mix of workshops! Which ones will you choose! I’ll be all of them and can’t wait 💕

Somehow these two drinks sum up the studio at the moment. A problem shared is a problem halved. People are experiencing so much pain at the moment both mentally and physically and yet you’ll always find a welcoming hug or a heartwarming brew when you enter the studio and who knows what other delights await!

We have a new reiki healer who’s joined the team. has added mushroom, collagen and CBD shots to the drinks menu. has rolled out his new delicious menu. The boutique has been restocked with local delights and some of our favourite teachers have added new classes. Oh and a new sound journey meditation and gong bath cacao ceremony have been added to the November/December schedule after being sold out this week and last.

We’re open until 2pm today and then closed for a private party. Make sure you stop by soon # # #

We’re so happy to have some really inspirational members who are at the top of their game at the studio and these guys are certainly up there! and are flying the flag for female golfers around the world and as Georgia is a local we’re excited to have them come and talk at our second ever “Evening with” on Wednesday 1st November 7-9pm. Come and hear about their journeys and ask questions all things golf! These evenings are to inspire the next generation and for people who love the sport. They are also an opportunity to meet others in the community. Anyone is welcome (members and non). You just need to reserve a space by emailing [email protected]. See you there!
