Carrying out a cylinder leakage test on this Mk5 VW Golf. Complains of a misfire on cylinder 4, turns out all the air being sucked into the engine is going straight out the exhaust pipe when all valves are closed. Diagnosed without dismantling half the engine. Genius!! Video 📹 in Comments 👍

When you see cabin filter listed on your invoice or service inventory, this is what we change. Yes that black thing, and replace it with that lovely white thing. It's black because its more than likely original (8yrs old) , people being lazy basically. It must be changed every year for your own health, you could be breathing air through that black thing!
