SHOW HOME INSTALLATION DAY...before and after.
We send the wallpapers and the ceiling lights ahead of the staging day(s) for the developer's trades to install.
On the nominated installation or staging day, we arrive with vans full of furniture, soft furnishings, lamps and accessories. Everything to create the interiors that wow prospective buyers. Over the course on the day (or two) we unpack, build furniture, hang curtains and artwork and style the spaces. From chaos to calm.
For every show home we created, we consider the likely buyers, whether it's a family, first time buyers, young professionals, designing the rooms to suit their life.
In this, the 3rd bedroom in the property, we created the perfect teenager bedroom. Moody, dark colours with a masculine feel.
