Not quite feeling the first of these due to multiple train cancellations this morning, but the glide into terminal 2, plus great staff and security made the final leg towards the aircraft a dream. Fingers crossed for the rest of the trip to Frankfurt.

Back in the swing of things after a great Easter break completing a short Camino in Spain. The credentials (below),are checked and verified by the team at the Catherdral de Santiago de Compostela to issue a Compostela - the legal certificate of achievement. This is just the finale, the real value is the journey, immersing yourself in nature, (and all it throws at you), time to think, plus the people and conversations you have along ‘the way’ - priceless.

Always love watching the Olympics and Para Olympics. Some amazing performances already whether athletes made it to the podium or not. The dedication, mental resilience and physical challenge to get up and do it all again, whether in training or competition is such an inspiration. Many interviewed talk of following their dream, never stop dreaming - we applaud you!
