Stripping out a wet room, customer had tiles popping off around the wall, on further inspection turns out the company who was trusted to do the install left compression valves concreted in floor which were leaking, also the drains are completely wrong, and the so called damp proof membrane turned out to be vapour barrier, customer now waiting for insurance to hopefully put a claim in then all this shoddy work can be put right
