Half submerged in water, quick lift N' shift for

A transit drop side that literally fell off the hill that retrieved the other day for it's very grateful owner. After having been stranded at their customers site for over 3 days.

Oops - This is one that lifted from a fairly deep drainage ditch a couple weeks back.

Sorry for the lack of posts and updates, a few things have been being switched around over the last few weeks and we have been flat out since.

More updates to follow as things start to take shape in coming weeks/months

We retrieved this C class Mercedes today from this Gents front garden (not his car)
He said multiple companies had attended and failed and/or refused to move it. It had been there 3 days 🙄 one apparently arriving in a car with a trailer on it! Goes to show the current calibre of " Pro " recovery agents really.

But No big deal really 🤔 easy lift for the old girl.

We attended a job which was a straight forward wheel change due to a flat tyre. Only for the customer to advise the tyre was in fact fitted as a new tyre (both fronts) around 2 weeks prior. To which the poor generic local fuel station purchased receipt book receipt proved.

On closer inspection both of the NEW tyres was in fact over 20 years old! One being dated 1999 and other 2000 and was not even matching tyres. This just un acceptable. Without naming names but the popular tyre garage she used is located on Friday street in Chorley - clue is in the name there.

£100 paid for 2 tyres over 20 years old shocking. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Our advice to any would be new tyre customers is you ask to see the tyre DOT codes and ensure they are within their 3 year shelf life prior to fitting. Or atleast inspect them before leaving. This can be hard on directional tyres so in this case ask before wheels are refitted. Its your car and your money you have a right to know.
