Walk Works

The ⚽World Cup semi finals match clashes with our Walk Works summer social 🥳, so we’ve moved things to Wednesday 16th September, 6.30pm from The Pack Saddle, Mapledurham. Walk route tbc, but please pop it in your diaries for now - we can't wait to celebrate 5 years of Walk Works with you all!

The response to our Georgia walking holiday 2027 has been fantastic. 🇬🇪😊 If you’d like to know more, and to register your interest before we move to the next stages, please let us know soon.

And finally, we’ve planned all our walks right through to the end of the year, so you can get those in your diaries too. Schedule attached!

What a stunning morning in beautiful Hambleden & Henley-on-Thames. Featuring the chalk stream Hambleden Brook, miles and miles of lush green rolling hills, the impressive Hambleden Lock & Weir, our mighty river Thames and the Thames Path National Trail, and SO many awesome rowers 🚣🏼‍♂️🛶all getting ready for the Women's Regatta tomorrow. 💪🏼 We paused for drinks on the hay bales at Thameside Social, and felt a bit special sitting along the banks of the river with our coffees and Hawkstone ciders/beers, wishing we could stay there all day 😊 If you haven't been down there yet, you should, it's fantastic!!
It was so lovely to bump into Phillipa and the relay 14 leg walkers on their walk from Henley to Marlow too! Our river Thames is the place to be 🏞️💙

We have had an incredible day today, walking leg 13 of the Thames Path National Trail 30th anniversary relay. We clocked up 18.8km, approx 30,000 steps along this epic towpath, through locks, fields, tranquil woods along our wonderful river Thames. What a very special thing to be a part of.
