Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Contracts Manager,, based in the Reading Area but with travel to sites nationwide. The Assistant Contracts Manager will support contract management processes, oversee project documentation, ensure compliance with project requirements, support the coordination of projects from inception to completion, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Additional responsibilities include identifying risks, completing tenders in conjunction with other members of the team, resolving challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Contract management and documentation oversight skills
Project coordination and risk identification abilities
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
Experience in construction, interior fit-out, or refurbishment projects is preferred
Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software including MS Project and MS Excel
CSCS Card/First Aid at Work/SMSTS/SSSTS would be ideal but not essential for the correct candidate.
Ability to work effectively on-site within project deadlines

This reception desk was originally white with a light grey low level counter. It's been transformed with a vinyl wrap including a metallic film - delivered in conjunction with one of our specialist supply chain partners.

We also supplied, installed and vinyl wrapped a back lit sign to complement the new design.

Although not the largest project that we have ever been involved with, the works went through various design revisions over the course of 9 months to ensure that we met the client and their designer's brief.

We'll be on site regularly this summer at one of our long standing clients in Reading - the first project completed is a mixture of LVT and carpet tile flooring.

Further projects to be delivered at this site during the holiday period include partitioning, solar film installation, supply of wayfinding signage, re-upholstery of existing furniture and more!

As always we're supported by a fully vetted and great supply chain and are pleased to have worked closely with them to be able to deliver this project for a great client!
