Following planning permission, we have now achieved plan sign off for Building Control.

The scheme is for a 300m2 extension to a non-listed heritage asset in Reading. Central to the design is a new helical staircase that will transform the circulation of the house. As part of the works, the energy performance of the existing 1920’s house will be significantly improved with internal insulation as well as triple glazing and improvements to airtightness and M+E systems.

Construction has started!

Following a positive pre-app, we submitted a proposal to Wandsworth Council for a new build mixed use development along lively Northcote Road.

The four-storey building would provide four flats, roof terraces and a ground floor restaurant.

Our carefully crafted design will provide value for our client by providing enlarged commercial space and 4 flats instead of 1, all whilst improving the urban corner location.
