The first time always scares you.

Letting go, trusting the process, stepping back and watching someone else take the wheel… it’s terrifying.

But that’s exactly what growth looks like.

Yesterday I left my team solo for the first time at a event, and they proved me that fear wrong in every single way.❤️ they smashed it!

To every business owner afraid of that first time… trust your team. You built them for this. You can do it

After an exhausting week, I put my makeup on and went to an event… alone.

Definitely out of my comfort zone, but I knew I needed to be there. 💃

My business has grown more than I ever imagined (which is exactly what I always wanted), but growth can also feel overwhelming.

So yesterday, I did something simple: I asked for help.

One piece of advice really stayed with me:
✨ Hire people who are great at the things you’re not.
✨ And find people who genuinely share your values and energy.

A little reminder that sometimes the answers you’re looking for are on the other side of a conversation you’re scared to start.
