From Josiah Mortimer writing in the Byline Times - Reform is not satisfied at taking aim at those of foreign origin and those who speak foreign languages is now seeking to put into law a ban on the use of indigenous UK languages on election literature, including Irish Gaelic, Scottish Gaelic and Cornish languages (but not, for now, Welsh which would be permitted) with jail terms for those who dare use these languages.

For many, this attitude will be reminiscent of the harsh restrictions imposed by the British state, in particular in schools, on the use of these languages (and Welsh) in an effort to stamp out the national identities and cultures of Wales Scotland and Ireland

In fact everything they falsely accuse the EU of trying to do to our national identity and culture
