MDB Decor Reading

Advice for the day for anyone that is planning on carrying out their own decorating.....if you have had a fresh plaster skim do not under any circumstances use PVA as a base coat. The PVA will seal the new plaster, but it will also create an impenetrable barrier for any emulsion to key to! The painting that you have carried out will inevitably peel off(especially in an area of high condensation) and this is the result.

Small exterior project completed today after being rained off last Saturday. All pebbledash cleaned and coated with weathershield brilliant white and guttering, soffits and fascias cleared and cleaned
