We here at Outdoor Antics offer cycle coaching, indoor climbing for all abilities as well as nutrition, sports & remedial massage by fully qualified staff.
On Saturday morning I meet up with a client that was having problems when descending. We looked at what the issues were and worked out a plan and worked on it. Needless to say things improved and we had fun as we worked on their new skills and my client went home happy. 🚴🏼♀️
I hope to be running some confidence courses in the near future once I find a venue.

Over the last few days we have had a couple of nice rides. This amazing lady has worked so hard over this year. She's been working towards riding Women Vs Cancer Ride the Night and Ride London 100. Now we're working on plan's for next year.
