⭐ Client Spotlight⭐
My lovely client Nadia wanted to tighten up for her big holiday in March. We had 5 weeks to get her leaner and meaner so we put a plan together and got to work! 💪🏻.
Alongside seeing me for weekly 1-2-1 sessions, she signed up to my mobile training app and was following bespoke workouts. I also set her cardio targets and she followed my diet guidelines.
In 5 weeks, she lost over 3kg in weight, 0.5cm from her waist, 5cm from her hips, 2.5cm from her thigh and 0.5cm from her arm.
Great results overall and fantastic to see her not only looking better but feeling great! More importantly, she enjoyed the process and learning more about her body 🙌🏻.

How many times a week do you train??
I often get asked how many times I train in a week and for how long.
It’s a great question as many people think you have to be in the gym 7 times a week and for a few hours at a time in order to get the physique you want but that’s definitely not the case.
Your focus should be on quality rather than quantity and 45 mins to an hour of weight training is a good amount of time to make progress.
Combined with cardio and a sensible diet these are the key components to getting results.
