✨ Transformation in Progress – Brotton ✨

It’s great to see this project really taking shape on site.

The property had become overdeveloped over the years, with a series of additions leaving very little usable garden space. Planning approval was secured to carefully demolish the previous extensions and replace them with a more appropriate rear extension

The new layout makes far better use of the footprint, improves natural light (just look at that roof lantern 👌), and restores a much-needed connection to the garden.

A brilliant example of how sometimes less really is more — thoughtful design can improve both the home and the outdoor space 🏡
