DISHOOM COVENT GARDEN FITOUT

Dishoom turned to Fileturn to create the all-important first restaurant in a planned chain – a contemporary ‘Bombay Cafe’ in London’s Covent Garden.

The fit-out, over two floors, took place within a wider development requiring careful co-ordination with the neighbouring sites.

Fileturn were awarded this project following a two stage tender. This DoubleTree by Hilton project was a new shell & core building with 8 floors handed over to Fileturn to undertake the complete internal formation into a Doubletree Hotel.
