Nature Moves and ParkPlay are two initiatives offering communities the opportunity to bring people together for free, improving physical and mental health outdoors.

They would love to invite Community Groups, Local Authorities, Health and Wellbeing Organisations and any Nature & Environment Networks to a short introductory webinar next week where you can learn more and see if and how Nature Moves and/or ParkPlay could work in your community.

The session will last about 45 minutes, with time for questions at the end.

What you’ll learn in the session:

· What Nature Moves and Park Play are and how they work

· Who they’re for (and how they support people who might feel excluded from traditional movement or wellbeing spaces)

· How they work with local partners and train community-based facilitators

· What they could look like in your local area

· Next steps

They will also share stories and insights from past participants and communities who’ve taken part.
