Reigate Grammar School

Yesterday, our Lower Sixth medical and dentistry students took part in an immersive day of clinical experience with Dr Pete Roulston, supported by two former RGS students now studying Medicine at university.

From trauma scenarios and emergency triage to suturing, airway management, IV placement and medication administration, pupils gained valuable insight into the realities of clinical practice.

Through a series of practical workshops, they experienced the fast-paced decision-making, teamwork and collaboration required within medical settings, while exploring a range of clinical roles and responsibilities.

A fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and reaffirm their aspirations for careers in medicine and dentistry.

🌍 Last week, we hosted the RGSI Leadership Conference, welcoming senior leaders from our global family of schools, with colleagues travelling from Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Turkey and Romania.

The conference provided an opportunity to share ideas, strengthen partnerships and explore the future of education together.

It was inspiring to see so many colleagues from around the world collaborating, learning from one another and building connections that will continue long after the conference.
